Frequently asked questions
Ready to Ship options are already made and ready to be worn. Custom orders take time to be cut and created, so Ready to Ship items are great if you're just looking to try out our styles and fabrics or you'd like something with a much shorter turn around time.
Currently, we are only selling and shipping within the US.
Custom orders take about 1-2 weeks to complete from the time you place your order until your items are packaged up and ready to be shipped out. We will be in communication if there are any delays outside of this time frame. If you need your order done within a certain time frame, please reach out to us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Once shipped, it generally takes one week for your order to reach you.
You may request a cancellation for a full cash refund any time within the first 3 business days. After this period, refunds will be at our discretion. Orders that have had fabric specially ordered will be refunded at 50% of the original purchase price. After we begin making your order we will no longer offer a refund. Once you receive your item we will exchange any piece with manufacturing defects for another item of equal or lesser value.
No refunds or exchanges otherwise.
Piffit is a nonsense word! While we would love to some day have the fame of brands such as Duns, Frugi, Mini Boden, or Picalilly, one thing that most have in common is nonsense names. It makes them stand out! It makes them easy to remember. It makes it easier to navigate running a business when you don't have to worry about accidentally copying off of someone else. We used letters from our kids' favorite animals: sloths, giraffes, penguins, and flamingos!
Please be sure your email address is included in your order, and we will send you email updates at every new step of the process. If you ever need an additional check-in, please contact us, and we can tell you exactly where your order is in the process.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as one is created to check the status of a shipment.
We recommend washing clothes in cold water and either air drying or using the lowest heat setting on your dryer.
Absolutely! We would be more than happy to design clothing modifications to accommodate PICC tubes, g-tubes, or any other additional openings. Please send us a message if you are wanting specific alterations made so we can help figure out what accommodations are needed and how best to accomplish those with your chosen style(s).
